Integrative bioinformatics for system biological modelling of the genotype-phenotype-depiction in farm animals
CP coordinator: Prof. Norbert Reinsch, FBN Dummerstorf Aims: - Construction of an “Animal-Trait Ontology” (ATO)-platform focused on behavioural characteristics,
- Establishment of an ontology-based central database for the PHENOMICS-consortium (FarmPheno),
- Expansion of the bioinformatic-pipeline to evaluate high-efficiency-information of diverse leveled gene
expression and adaption to cattle and pig, - Development of statistic processes to include a modelling of genotype-phenotype-depiction of biosignatures,
- Bioinformatic pipeline to evaluate high-efficiency-information of diverse leveled gene expression and adaption to cattle and pig,
- Development of adaptive tests to analyse SNP gene expression associations,
- Validation and approvement in praxis-relevant population (CP4) of the candidate signatures developed by
the CP3-data. |
